Announcement on the Termination of the Audit Commission
In accordance with the Resolution of the Sole Shareholder of "O'zbekiston temir yo'llari" JSC No. 82 dated March 17, 2025 , the activities of the Society's Audit Commission have been terminated, and the "Regulation on the Audit Commission" has been abolished. This decision was made to implement the following state acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 166 dated March 29, 2021, which mandates the abolition of audit commissions in state-owned enterprises and the establishment of audit committees within the Supervisory Board.

Presidential Decree No. PF-49 dated March 13, 2024, on improving the system for evaluating the efficiency of economic associations.

Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Joint-Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders' Rights" (Articles 58–59).
