JSC «NC «Aktau Sea Trade Port»

Aktau seaport (Republic of Kazakhstan) is located on the east coast of the Caspian Sea at the intersection of several international transport corridors, which allows the transportation of dry cargo, crude oil and oil products from east to west, from north to south and back in the direction of Iran, Turkey, Russia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, etc. 365 days a year. JSC “NC “Aktau Sea Trade Port” is a member of the International Association of Seaports and Harbors, and a link of the “New Silk Road” project.

Aktau port has its own loading and unloading and ferry complex, including railway ferries and Po-Po ships, dry cargo and grain terminals and oil loading berths, which provides customers with high-quality, fast and reliable cargo transportation.

Through the sea port of Aktau, the cargo owners of Uzbekistan have wide access to other ports of the Caspian Sea, with further access to Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, seaports of the Mediterranean and the Black Sea, and, further, to the EU countries.

On August 25 this year, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between JSC "O’zbekistan temir yo’llari" and JSC "NC “Aktau Sea Trade Port", providing information and consulting support to the Parties in terms of work to increase cargo traffic using existing international multimodal transport routes.
